George Floyd Protest Against Police Brutality in Dallas / Matthew T Rader / CC BY-SA
Periodically, the people of the world get riled. Now is one of those times, and not a minute too soon. To celebrate the new revolutionary fervor, we stuffed Bubble Wrap with a lot of songs on that theme. Certain years produced more protest music than others — the late 1960s, early 1980s, and again in the early 2000s, to name a few recent examples. But you know, if things get too bad, the people will always get riled, and they need what they want, and TPTB don’t want to give it to them, so on we go.
